Custom sportster build 1990 sportster motor 883 with fresh 1200 kit in 1999 frame. Custom shaved front forks, low brow fork tins, shaved triple trees, cast aluminum headlight, 10" narrow Z bars with angled risers, custom exhaust, rear tail section cut, lowered and modified, vintage cowbell shorty shocks, one piece rear fender and seat with tail light and plate mount tucked up under, brand new rear vintage whitewall and brand new Dunlop 3.50x19 k70 vintage tire up front (not in photos). New ignition module, coil and wires. Tins are finished in black epoxy primer. Brakes just flushed, new front and rear lines. All switches relocated, coil relocated to side with ignition and push button start. CV carb just gone through jetted and power needle, new accelerator pump diaphragm, EZ adjust needles and custom air cleaner. Bike starts easily and runs great. Its loud and cool.
